Thank you for choosing Home Elements! We sincerely appreciate your business and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to cancel an order or return an item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed and confirmed (you should have received an email with your order reference), please email us promptly, including your reference number. If your items have already been dispatched, kindly refer to the Returns & Refunds section below.

Returns & Refunds

To begin the return process, please contact us via email with your order reference number within 14 days of receiving your item. For the return to be accepted, it must be sent back to us within 14 days, and it should be undamaged and in its original packaging.

Please note that delivery charges will only be refunded if the item you received was broken or faulty. We highly recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

Please remember that all our products are handcrafted. Thus, variations in colour, texture, and minor imperfections are a natural part of their unique character and are not considered faulty or defective.

Additionally, commissioned, bespoke, and made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive your returned items, we will promptly process your request for a replacement or issue a refund. You will receive an email notification once your request has been completed.
